Purchase Policy

• All our products are handmade, so the weight may vary by ±10%.
• Our chocolates contain no preservatives; for the best experience, consume within 5 days of receiving your order.
• To enhance freshness, refrigerate the product for 20 minutes before consumption.
• Payment Options:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for Karachi customers.
  • Nationwide orders require advance payment before processing.
• Delivery Information:
  • Orders are shipped via third-party courier services, and delivery time and cost may vary depending on the recipient’s location.

Return & Refund Policy

We strive for excellence, but in rare cases, issues may arise. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

✔ Eligible for Return:

• Products that arrive damaged due to transit issues.
• Orders that contain the wrong product.

✔ Return Requirements:

• A clear unpacking video is mandatory to process any return claim.
• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Cases:

• Returns will not be accepted for personal preferences or storage-related issues.
• Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored cannot be returned.
